Raised in a small town in the south, Yann developed his culinary passion starting from a childhood spent cooking surrounded by friends and relatives in his own family’s kitchen. He went on to study at Institut Paul Bocuse, the International School of Culinary Arts, Hospitality and Food Service Management, and majored in business with a plan to keep all of his options open.
In 2005, following his genuine passion, he was lured to New York to work alongside some of the most acclaimed chefs of our time, where he honed his attention to detail and exacting standards. Almost a decade later, recognizing the need for a new form of hospitality, Yann embarked upon his own journey to bring his unique vision to life.
Today, the Yann Nury brand is an established imprimatur of quality and boasts the top global luxury brands as clients, along with a most discerning private clientele.
